Farm Support Services Limited was registered as a company in 1995 to market poultry feeds and livestock care products such as custom-mixed feeds, drugs and vaccines, equipment, etc. to livestock farmers with particular emphasis on poultry farmers in the Southwestern part of Nigeria. The company headquarters is in Ibadan, and now has sales outlets and offices in Ibadan, Iwo, Ondo, and Akure.

In 1998, the company partnered with Animal Care Services Konsult [ACSK] and serves as a major distributor of ACSK products in the Southwestern part of Nigeria to date. The products include drugs, vaccines, feeds, feed additives, and concentrates.

In the year 2000, the company started raising birds on its own farm [called Farm Support Poultry Breeders Limited] at Ile Ogbo, Iwo, Osun State.

In 2001, the company incorporated her Breeder Farm and Hatchery operations and commenced production of Day old chicks with highly-experienced technical staff and state-of-the-art facilities.

This consists of the commercial layer farm that now has over 300,000laying birds, producing about 7,000trays of eggs daily.

Driven by the passion to create value, the company partnered with foreign additive producers; XVet GmbH, Germany and Provimi [a Cargill Company] in 2014 and 2015 respectively. This partnership has strengthened the company’s ability to offer distinctive value to serve the needs of poultry farmers.

In 2016, the company commenced expansion of the production capacity of her Commercial Layer Farm with a target of producing 12,000trays of eggs per day.

In 2024, Farm Support started Commercial Broiler operations with a 350,000 birds per cycle to scale to 700,000 birds per cycle within the next 3 years. This expansion project includes a 10-ton/hr completely automated Feedmill with 5 ton pellet production capacity to support the optimum nutrition of the birds and a 2,000 birds/hr processing plant equipped with blast freezing and cold storage for premium chicken products
